The Simple Woman's Daybook

Peggy over at The Simple Woman's Daybook is the gracious host here.  Join in any day of the week.

For Today...March 1, 2012

Outside my window...It's cloudy this morning, but it looks like there's a chance the sun might peek through later today!

♫"The sun will come out tomorrow."♫..er...or next Monday and Tuesday...  Wow! Tuesday! Look at that!:

I am thinking... that my blogging friends are thinking "what happened to Linda in February?"  I know-- where did it go??  I didn't post the whole month.  Yikes!  My only excuse is it ran of days too soon-- Hey we could pretend that today is Feb. 30...???  No? okay.

I am thankful for...oh so much.  First for our great big beautiful family.   On the 12th, we had five of our six grands here.  What a joy!     Ben, Lisa, Sophie and our new little grand daughter Audry came to visit!

From the kitchen...There is banana bread that I made on Monday- extra good  this time!  My husband has been taking it to work each day.

I am wearing...jeans, and a blue top and green socks.

I am hoping...to finish the unit that my tutoring student and I are working on this afternoon.  She is such a joy to work with.  She is home schooled on a virtual school website.  She is dyslexic and I help by reading the lessons to her.

I am hearing... Amanda and her kitty Sookie in the kitchen.

I am remembering...that I saw seeds and flowers advertized in Menards flyer last week - Spring is on the way!!

I am praying...for everyone I can think of when I am wide awake at 3:00 or 4:00 a,m, these last few nights.

Around the house...Getting it ready for a weekend visit from my sister, her kids and maybe my mom!

A few plans for the rest of the week...having fun with the family this weekend.  Hoping for a house full!

Here is a picture thought I am sharing with you... pictures that made us smile this week.  Posted by their mommy after an alleged attempt of doing his own haircut and giving his little brother a haircut...

It looks like everyone was happy after Daddy gave haircuts all around.  Oh the joys of boys!
Oh, and Grammy can't leave this little guy out! No haircut here, but Emmett's mommy reports that he loves green beans!

Happy March you all!

There's two fresh themes now: rainforest and also prehistoric. The particular new world style is basically exactly that, the recreation area with many jungle attractions showcasing exotic animals. The prehistoric concept is focused on dinosaurs. You can't quite build a real Jurassic Car park here, but you can get a myriad of animatronic dinosaurs to amuse your friends and relatives. Various other sights provide an termite property, and a sort of Honey I Shrunk the particular Guests experience where the peeps can view huge models of a variety of insects. In addition there are animal-themed providers, for instance a Dino Pizza cafe along with memento stores which market animal-themed items.

When You're A Bridesmaid In Too Many Weddings

We've all been Katherine Heigl's character within the movie "feeltimes dresses" where we've committed ourselves to as being a bridesmaid in multiple weddings in a single year. It reaches a point where rather than being grateful and happy you're area of the wedding, it's much more of "Oh gosh, not another wedding!" But it doesn't invariably need to believe way, there are many things you are able to do not to feel overwhelmed using the wedding duties which have been bestowed upon you with a close friend or member of the family.

It's Easy: You can just say "No." Well, it isn't always easy, however, you can say no if you believe you simply cannot invest in being part of another person's wedding day. Kindly explain the main reason to the bride. It could be as easy as a scheduling conflict along with other weddings and life, or financial reasons. Either way, you are able to decline.

Budget Yourself: There is no have to go overboard inside your spending for that weddings. While each wedding varies with what is expected individuals financially, it is possible to cut corners. For example, wearing exactly the same shoes to multiple weddings you are in, getting your hair done with a friend or member of the family, doing all of your own makeup. Splurge only on which is absolutely necessary and learn how to budget the remainder.

Keep Yourself Organized: It's so easy to get rid of track of various wedding-related events happening, to ensure that is why you should keep a calendar to help keep you organized. While we strongly don't recommend Katherine Heigl's calendar within the movie, something more digital is most likely better. If you aren't an electronic savvy person, purchase a great day planner and begin writing those events down!

Remember You: Don't forget you've got a life too! Weddings aren't the one thing going on inside your life, you've got asage green bridesmaid dresses, a house, expenses of your. It's important to create time for yourself within the midst of the madness that's weddings.

There are many ways to be happy, besides work, there are entertainment games.
For example, in Animal Crossing New Horizons, we players start from scratch and develop various life modes. In my busy life, animals crossing new horizons give me great comfort. I am a more dedicated person. My favorite is to choose Buy Animal Crossing Bells from the ACBellsBuy website. If my family and I want to live together, I can also invite the family to come to my island.
