Outside my window...7 inches of new-fallen snow, cold, but sunny!
I am thinking... I have some deep cleaning to do this week.
I am thankful for...a cozy, warm home with much love all around. My miniature rose bush in a basket from my husband.-- Because he knows how tired I am of winter:)
From the kitchen... dishwasher running--thank you Lord for that machine!
I am wearing... pajamas and robe- blessing of having a 17 yr old drive herself to school:)
I am reading... my newest Simple Scrapbooking magazine.
I am hoping...to have a lot of our family together next weekend!
I am creating...some crafts from the new material I bought 2 wks. ago-soon- hopefully:)
I am hearing...birds outside my window chirping--love it!
Around the house... strip beds and get laundry going- fold towels in dryer.
One of my favorite things...hearing my husband whistle a tune as he gets ready for work:)
A few plans for the rest of the week... clean several rooms, purge some stuff, trip to Goodwill. Helping my daughter get ready for a weekend church trip to Minneapolis.

Wow 7 inches of snow, you poor thing! I am getting tired of winter too. We have had a lot of rain the last couple of days. I can't wait to be able to get out and garden. It sure was fun to hear what you are up to. Take care and have a great week, my dear friend. Love, Elena

i'm going to check out the elizbeth george book you recommended. but also wanted to tell you that i LOVE beth moore. in fact, i'm going through her Daniel study right now with 4 other women. we're really being challenged by it.

Wow, I didn't realize we got 7 inches of snow. I hear it's going to melt tomorrow.
I spent much of the day cleaning and dusting to prepare for a baby shower I hosted this evening. Now I have post-party cleanup to perform, but that will have to wait until tomorrow. :)
It's chilly here, but I'm glad I don't have SNOW!! I'm waiting to hit the beach again!!
