How nice and yet sad at the same time. I still can't get over loosing my Dad in 2001. Were you a Daddy's girl, too?

What a beautiful tribute. I am truly thankful of your father's service to this country and what a wonderful thing to know that he is with the Lord. He probably has met my mom in heaven. It will be so wonderful when we all are reunited and with the Lord! Have a blessed weekend. Hugs, Elena
What a wonderful post and such great pictures. I am sure you have many wonderful memories.

Really sweet post! The pictures of your dad, mom and granddad are precious.
I don't know what I would have done if I had to wait a whole month to hear from my hubby. When he was in Iraq we were able to "chat" or "IM" each other every day and use our web cameras. So thankful for every person who has served!!! Loved all your pictures!!
What a special show and tell! I enjoyed seeing your family photos and thank you for the reminder to be thankful for all who serve our country. Have a wonderful long weekend!

Hey Sweetie,
What a lovely post to share this Memorial Day. It was so sad on the news tonight they asked people what this day meant and so many couldn't answer correctly!! So thankful for your Dad's service to our country, and for all those who paid the ultimate price for our country!
Blessings and hugs to you, Linda. You are such a dear!
